Meeting Room Reservation Fee Structure

Community Room:

The Community Room can accommodate up to fifty people set up in a classroom style, with tables and chairs, and 75 people set in a lecture style with chairs only. Reservations required.

• Up to 4 hours — $50.00
• Over 4 hours — $75.00
• Non-profit organizations (organizations that have been approved for exemption from Federal taxes) – Fee waived when a catering package is purchased

Loft:

The Loft area can accommodate 12-16 people. This room may be utilized by Heartland patrons on a first-come, first-served walk-in basis with no reservation required. However, in order to ensure availability of the room and utilize the A/V equipment, reservations are recommended.

• Up to 2 hours — Free
• Over 2 hours — $25.00
