The ABC's of Gluten-Free Cooking

Beth Wengerd is a local cooking enthusiast who's been cooking without gluten for 15 years when she was diagnosed with celiac disease. She will show you how to make several gluten-free dishes including an Appetizer, Breakfast dish, and Casserole. Beth will also be sharing her tips and tricks on adjusting family recipes to be gluten friendly, plus which gluten free products are worth their dime and your time.
