All About Lavender (outdoor/ in person)-- Cancelled

Though lavender is originally a Mediterranean herb, Jim and Amy Duxbury have been growing this beautiful plant right here in Orrville since 2018 and opened Lavender Trails to the public in 2020. Lavender Trails is a four-acre plot of land located in the industrial park in Orrville with more than a mile of lavender and eight different species. Curious about learning more about this plant? Join Jim and Amy for this informal discussion that will cover the history, benefits, and uses of this beloved plant that has been used in cosmetics, cuisine, and aromatherapy for centuries.
