Garden fresh foods are really just around the corner, and whether you grow your own or purchase it at one of Wayne County's numerous farm markets, learning how to preserve the seasonal produce may save you money in the long run.  Here's an opportunity for you to learn how to safely can your family's favorite fruits and vegetables. Come join us as we break down the steps of water-bath and pressure canning into an easy to learn to process.
