This series of beginners classes are perfect for those who have never done yoga before and those who have practiced but want to revisit the basics. Breath work and poses will be taught at a slower pace. Modifications of the postures will also be covered, letting you build a better understanding of yoga fundamentals.
Kristen began her yoga journey five years ago, developing a commitment to her personal practice before completing her 200 hour certification. She is currently teaching at several studios in the area. Sharing the practice of yoga has become her passion. Join her in experiencing the mindful journey of the self.
This six-week series offers the option to purchase all six classes upfront and save or pay per class. A limited number of mats and props are provided; however, it is recommended you bring your own mat if you have one.
