Are you curious about the practice of yoga? Interested in breaking down and refining the essential postures of yoga? This workshop is for you. Over the course of two hours, you’ll learn the benefits of maintaining a personal yoga practice. You’ll study proper alignment and modifications of the most common yoga postures.
Kristen began her yoga journey five years ago, developing a commitment to her personal practice before completing her 200-hour certification. She is currently teaching at several studios in the area. Sharing the practice of yoga has become her passion. Join her in experiencing the mindful journey of the self.
If you’re new to yoga, this informative and welcoming class setting will prepare you to try your first class or provide a deeper understanding of your existing practice. Kristin will have a limited number of mats for participants, please bring your own mat if possible.
