Dr. Susan Albers is a nationally recognized author on the topic of mindful eating and a psychologist at the Cleveland Clinic who specializes in eating issues, weight loss, body image concerns and mindfulness. She has appeared on the Oprah Winfrey show, and her work has been featured in Shape, Prevention Magazine, Self, Fitness Magazine, Vanity Fair, Natural Health, and The Wall Street Journal. Her books include 50 Ways to Soothe Yourself Without Food; Eating Mindfully; Eat, Drink, and Be Mindful; Mindful Eating 101; and her most recent book Eat Q: Unlock the Weight Loss Power of Emotional Intelligence.

Dr. Albers will discuss a practical and effective three-step program for overcoming emotional eating. She will explain how increasing your Emotional Intelligence naturally increases your ability to manage your weight and develop a good relationship with food.
