Canceled: Conquering Stress

Heartland Point is hosting a fun, informative lesson about the world of herbal medicine. Everyone has felt the negative effects of stress on their body and mind. Join Dr. Liz, N.D., for an interactive class to discover ways to cope with the everyday concerns of stress, anxiety, fear, depression, irritability, fatigue and mood swings.  This class will explore how food, herbs, oils, and more can lift your mood and increase your sense of well-being. Little changes can have big effects! 

Please note, this class is taking place at University of Akron--Wayne College, located at 1901 Smucker Road, Orrville, OH 44667. The class will be held in room D216.

  • Face masks are required on the University of Akron, Wayne College campus and must be properly worn while attending a Heartland Point class.
  • Payment is required a minimum of two hours before the start of class. Participants can register and pay online at heartlandorville.com or by calling 330-682-0200. Payment will not be accepted at the class.
  • If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, please do not attend class.
