Canceled: Stress Less, Live More

Stress is a natural adaptation that is designed to protect humans in emergency situations; however, chronic stress can be detrimental to one’s mental and physical health. Join Dr. Liz, N.D., to learn all about stress reduction for increased well-being. This class will focus on identifying different sources of stress and the effects that those stressors have on the body. Participants will learn about various techniques that can be implemented into daily life to help mitigate stress, as well as the herbs and treatments that can be incorporated to help support and heal the body from stress. Participants will sample herbs throughout the class and learn which ones work best for their individual needs.
