Digital Book Club

Heartland Point is excited to bring back another digital book club for Orrville’s book lovers! September’s book is “A Man Called Ove” by Fredrick Backman, a Swedish columnist, blogger, and writer. This 2012 book tells the story of a quintessential grumpy old man, Ove, who forms an unlikely friendship with a boisterous young family who moves next door. Heartland Education manager, Sarah Meenan, and Orrville Public Library Director, Daphne Silchuk-Ashcraft, will lead a virtual discussion about the book. Read the book and register by Sept. 29 to participate in this free event. There will be several copies of the book available to borrow from the library.

Registered participants will receive an email with instructions on how to log into the conversation from the safety of their own home 48 priors to the discussion.
