Everything You Need to Know About Getting Back on Your Bike but were Afraid to Ask
It’s true you never forget how to ride a bicycle, but maybe you have forgotten where your bike is – or if you even have one. Two women who made the decision to dust off their childhood skills and ride again will share what motivated them, how they got started and what they have learned. Becky Jewell got back on a bike in her mid-40’s, and Jenni Reusser began riding again after age 60. They enjoy frequent rides on area towpaths, rail-trails, and meeting new challenges with adventures on extended rides. Both women are members of the Rails-to-Trails of Wayne County Board of Directors. At the end of the class, there will be an opportunity to plan future bike dates with experienced riders. Class fee will be donated to Rails to Trails.
