Gardening for Food Preservation

Enjoy your garden's bounty all year long. Melinda Hill will cover the basics of preserving food at home.  This class will take a look at planning your garden, the cost to get started in the different preservation methods, and the very basics of canning, freezing and drying food for your families. There is an optional follow up workshop on canning scheduled for May 28 from 6-7 p.m.
