Yoga for elementary kids is a basic yoga class for beginners that builds coordination for children with fast growing bodies. Ruth will teach kids to incorporate basic yoga moves while learning to be mindful with breath. Class also involves interactive free play. It’s the perfect way to introduce yoga to your child. Ruth Graham is a 200-hour certified instructor who enjoys challenging her students as well as leading them in restorative yoga flows that link breath with movement.
