In this workshop you will learn ways to incorporate a mindfulness practice into your daily life. We will explore different breathing techniques, visualization and even essential oils that can be used almost anywhere at anytime to bring a more calm and quiet mindset to most situations.
In a society where we are constantly plugged in, we where our multitasking like a badge of honor. No matter how good we are at juggling many tasks at once it can leave us feeling overstimulated, depleted and even depressed. With practice we can train ourselves to step out of the chaos of the mind and into the present moment.
