Mindful Movement

Heartland Point’s resident yogi, Kristen Nussbaum, is returning to lead a 60-minute yoga flow designed to bring you back to your yoga practice. This all-levels class is recommended for those with at least some knowledge of yoga, as well as those looking to recommit to their practice after some time away. Kristen, a 200-hour certified yoga instructor, will gently guide the class through each yoga sequence while keeping the focus on breath. This relaxing flow helps create endurance in the body and a sense of meditation in the mind. You can drop in for $10 or redeem a class from an existing yoga package.

  • If you are paying for a single session, please proceed with your online payment of $10.

  • Instructions for joining the class will be emailed to registered participants in advance of the class.
