Yoga Basics

A new year, new prices for Yoga Basics! Kristen Nussbaum is building a yoga community every Tuesday evening and wants to introduce you to the basics of yoga. According to a study at Harvard Medical School, yoga increases muscle strength, benefits cardiovascular health, lowers blood pressure, and more. Kristen Nussbaum has 200 hours of instructor training and will teach you all the basic yoga positions and transitions, so eventually, you’ll feel comfortable moving forward in your practice. You can purchase a seven-session package or register per class.
