Yoga Basics

Each Tuesday, Kristen Nussbaum guides students through a 60-minute class that covers proper alignment in yoga postures, foundational yoga shapes, breathwork and relaxation techniques. This class is perfect for beginners, as well as more experienced yogis looking to strengthen their practice by returning to the basics. Building a steady yoga practice encourages strength, balance, flexibility, and can promote mental wellbeing. Drop in for $10 or purchase a package of seven for $65.
