Heartland Point is a community connecting place in downtown Orrville where people of all ages can find out what is happeing in the community, become more involved, and engage in lifelong learning. It is the physical location for the activities of Heartland Education Community, Inc. and is found on North Main Street across from City Hall. The facilty holds many events throughout the year for people of all ages.
A visit with the Easter Bunny took place on March 20, with more than 200 people stopping by to have pictures taken with the Bunny, to play with an amazing balloon creation from Imagine That with balloon artist Noah Sholl, and to enjoy Easter-themed coloring pages and crafts. Other events include Dr. Seuss Day in early March, Star Wars Day on May 4 (May the fourth be with you), and Orrville Walks. All of the fun is free of charge and another way to connect with community members.
